The Brittanys Puppies are originated from France. They are of gun dogs breed and the bred is related to the bird hunting. It was developed in the 1980 at France. They are very athletic and built strong without being heavy. They are very solid and compact from the body. They are very alert and intelligent. The gait of Brittanys is very long and elastic.
Some Brittanys have short tails and some have long tails depend upon the ancient members of it. In American Brittany orange with white color and liver with white colors are very popular. They have variety of colors. Sometimes they are of tri color combination. They look very attractive and impressive. The coat of the Brittany is of medium size. They are also available in black and white, orange white, liver white and block roan.
Males are taller than female in the Brittany dogs. They are of 17 to 25.7 inches in height. And the weights of the Brittany are of 15.8 to 24.9kg.
Healthy and proper growing dogs have the weight of 16 to 19 kg according to the height of them. They were hunting in nature before. Now a day they are more sensitive than the other dogs. They are very intelligent and good nature dogs. They are very good for the family and children they are not harmful for children and other family members so that they can easily be made pet animals. They require daily bath and brushing weekly and physical and mental exercise. If they do not get sufficient and proper exercise then they became very aggressive in nature and dangerous sometimes.
